Article 1: Every visit has
to be registered according to law.
Article 2: Access will
be denied to people who:
1) Have not yet reached the minimum age of 21.
2) Are not in the possession of an identity card or an equally legal
document.
3) Have been banned by the gaming commission.
4) Have been banned by management.
5) Have been declared to be in a prolonged state of minority.
6) Are magistrates, notaries, bailiffs and members of a police force;
outside the
performance of their function. |

Article 3: In case the
machines or other properties of the business are voluntarily damaged, a
complaint will
be lodged with the police.
Article 4:
1) Management cannot be held
responsible for loss or abuse of player’s cards.
2) Management cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of private
property
Article 6: Smoking is only
allowed in the designated areas.
Article 7: Seats at the
gaming machines are reserved for visitors who actually participate in the
game.
A staff member can obligate a visitor to give up his seat, when said
visitor is not participating in the game.
Article 8: Visitors are not
allowed to:
1) Bring along any mechanical, electrical and/or electronic appliances,
such as cameras, communication and
computer devices.
2) Offer credit in a professional or businesslike capacity.
Article 9:
1) Visitors are urged to wear proper attire.
2) Headwear and sunglasses are not allowed.
